Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary supervision method in which a floor surface is appropriately dried as a countermeasure against microorganisms and to produce a floor material suitable for drying.
SOLUTION: A floor surface in a food factory or kitchen is dried at least once a day. This dry state is maintained for one hour or longer to prevent growth of microorganisms. Also, a material having a contact angle of pure water of 90 degrees or more or 75 degrees or less is used for a floor of a food factory or kitchen.
