To provide a sanitary washing toilet seat which allows formation of a predetermined gap between a toilet stool and a toilet seat main body when the toilet seat is opened, to thereby facilitate cleaning of the gap.
The sanitary washing toilet seat consists of a toilet seat portion 15, the main body portion 17, and a mounting base 18 which axially supports the main body portion 17 in a rotatable manner and is pivotally mounted on the toilet stool 13. According to the sanitary washing toilet seat, a rotational axial center of the main body portion 17 is arranged at location that is a predetermined quantity higher than the center of a main body height H when the main body portion is closed. As a result, when the main body portion 17 is opened, the gap is formed between the toilet stool 13 and the main body portion 17, which facilitates cleaning of the gap between the toilet stool and the main body portion.
