Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash window for easily removing an upper surface constituting member, in the sash window having a lower frame body and the upper surface constituting member, and having a lower frame having a substantially flat upper surface.
SOLUTION: The lower frame 12 comprises the lower frame body 12D, and the upper surface constituting member 70A detachably installed on the lower frame body 12D, and constituting an upper surface of the lower frame 12 together with the lower frame body 12D. The upper surface of the lower frame 12 is substantially flatly formed. An end part of the lower frame body 12D is connected to a vertical frame 13 by extending up to the lower side of a projecting part projected on an inner peripheral surface 13A of the vertical frame 13. A corner part 200 positioned on the lower side of the projecting part, is arranged between an end part of the upper surface constituting member 70A and the vertical frame 13. Since the corner part 200 is arranged, the upper surface constituting member 70A can be arranged without interfering with the projecting part of the vertical frame 13, and the upper surface constituting member 70A can be easily removed.
