To enable a residential sash frame to be used for a building by fixing an attachment to it, and to provide a sash which is not thick in the sash frame in the direction of the inner and outer peripheries even if an attachment is fixed and allows easy fixing work for the attachment.
The sash provides a residential sash frame and an attachment fixed to the outer periphery side of the sash frame. A mounting piece of the sash frame which can be broken off extending toward the outer periphery is broken off. The sash frame has an engaged part at the outer periphery side and the attachment has a solid body, an anchor fixing part provided on the body part, a water stop member, an engaging part and a threaded part. The anchor fixing part is located at the outer periphery side of the body, the water stop member and the engaging part are located at the inner periphery side of the body, and the threaded part is located near the inside of a room rather than the water stop member. The engaging part of the attachment is engaged in the engaged part of the sash frame, the water stop member is contacted with the sash frame and the attachment is threaded at the outer periphery side of the sash frame with a screw inserted in the threaded part.
