Abstract:
To obtain a satellite characteristic learning device that performs learning by associating a photographic image with identification information of a satellite that includes at least one of a satellite name, a satellite type, and a satellite affiliation, and a satellite characteristic determination device and an observation device using the same.SOLUTION: A satellite characteristic learning device includes: a photographic image input unit that inputs a photographic image photographing a satellite; a characteristic information input unit that inputs created characteristic information of the satellite from identification information of the satellite including at least one of a satellite name, a satellite type, and a satellite affiliation; and a learning unit that performs learning, based on the photographic image and image data, by associating the photographic image with the characteristic information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
