To detect occurrence of failure of action of an electronic equipment mounted on a satellite by checking telemetry from the satellite and to quickly perform analysis of inconvenience when a symptom of occurrence of the inconvenience and occurrence of the inconvenience exist.
Action of the electronic equipment mounted on the satellite is simulated by transmitting telemetry information of a sensor from the satellite 1 and a telemetry representative value of the satellite 1 and inputting the telemetry information of the sensor to a satellite simulator on ground. Abnormality of the electronic equipment mounted on the satellite is detected by comparing the simulation result of the satellite simulator 5 with the telemetry representative value sent from the satellite 1.
