To provide a satellite signal receiving device capable of reducing hardware scale while keeping high speed synchronization acquisition.
Carrier removing means 100 is designed to remove carrier frequency components from a satellite reception signal. Data adding means 200 is designed to add signals both of which become the same phase in periodic interval of a spreading code about a signal in every periodic interval of the spreading code of the signal which the carrier frequency components is removed, and a signal stored in a memory within one periodic cycle of the spreading code, to repeat rewrite of its adding result into the memory until a plurality of periodic cycles of the spreading code, and to accumulate, into the memory, the results from adding the signal which the carrier frequency components is removed within the plurality of periodic cycles of the spreading code by a periodic interval of the spreading code. Synchronization phase calculating means is designed to detect a correlation point between the reception signal and the spreading code in a reception side after performing correlation calculation between the signal accumulated in the memory of the data adding means and the spreading code in the reception side.
