To provide a satin-finished film having excellently high light-transmission and simultaneously having high light scattering properties; and to provide a laminated satin-finished film for agriculture obtained therefrom.
The satin-finished film is obtained from an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer having 0.1-50 g/10 min melt mass flow rate and satisfying formula (1): 3≤X≤40; and formula (2): Tm≥-0.7X+102 (wherein, X is the content (wt.%) of the ethyl acrylate comonomer; and Tm is the melting point of the ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer). The laminated satin-finished film for the agriculture is obtained by laminating inner layers and outer layers made of a resin selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a linear ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, a linear low-density ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and a polypropylene, on both of the surfaces of the satin-finished film.
