Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for the trouble and experience of controlling temperature and humidity by automatically controlling temperature and humidity, and taking a sauna at relatively low temperatures as in the Japanese traditional kiln bath, and in an atmosphere that does not make one feel sticky.
CONSTITUTION: A sauna unit includes a heating means for heating indoor air, a humidifying means for humidifying the indoor air, a temperature sensor 21 for detecting temperature indoors, and a humidity sensor 22 for detecting humidity indoors. The heating means and humidifying means are controlled independently of each other so that the indoor temperature is 43 to 60°C and the indoor humidity 50 to 80%.
