Abstract:

To improve the quality on the internal surfaces of a cutting groove, and allow to manufacture at a low cost.

This saw blade comprises a main body 1 and unset teeth formed symmetrically with respect to the vertical center plane 8 of the main body. The teeth are provided in a repeated cycle, each cycle has a first tooth group comprising at least two teeth 2 having a height step and a width step and at least one second tooth group formed of at least two teeth 2*. The first group teeth 2 comprise an effective cutting part or a cutting portion formed by bent cutting blades 51 and 52, and second tooth group teeth 2* are formed in the same ones and have the maximum width and the minimum height. The second group teeth 2* comprise an effective cutting part or a cutting portion formed by cutting blades 5* and 5* extending over the width thereof.
