Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the generation of burr by comprising a tooth chamferred at one of right and left side surfaces of a knife-edge, and a third tooth having a chamferred side surface of a knife-edge at an opposite side.
SOLUTION: One unit is formed by a first tooth 1 having a chamferred part 1a formed by chamferring a right side surface of a tip, a second tooth 2 continued to the first tooth 1 and having a groove 2a formed in the thickness direction of the tip perpendicularly to the thickness direction of the tip at a center, a third tooth 3 continued to this second tooth 2, and having a chamferred part 3a formed by chamferring a side surface of the tip at a side opposite to the chamferred side surface of the first tooth 1, that is, a left side surface, and a fourth tooth 4 continued to the third tooth 3, and having a groove 4a formed in the thickness direction of the tip perpendicularly to the thickness direction of the tip at a center. A plurality of units are mounted. As the number of chamferred parts causing the generation of burr is small, the burr is hardly generated on a material to be cut. On the other hand, as the first toogh 1 and the third tooth 3 have the chamferred parts, the cutting resistance can be reduced.
