Abstract:
PURPOSE: To further miniaturize an SAW filter of a low in insertion loss and small in ripple within a band.
CONSTITUTION: IDT for input 12 is arranged on a piezoelectric substrate 11, and IDTs for unidirectional output 13a and b are arrange on both side of it. Reflectors 14a and b are provided for the outer sides than them. Then, the difference between the distance between IDT for input 12 and IDT for output l3a and the distance between IDT for input 12 and IDT for output 13b is set to be a quarter of the wave length of a center frequency.
