PURPOSE: To perform the cooling of a cutting heat and the cleaning of sawing chips by the pressurized air projected from a projection hole with the centrifugal force caused at using time and to have a strong stiffness on a saw edge by providing the radiation hole on the saw edge side from the center part of the body inside of the saw to which plural saw panels are sticked.
CONSTITUTION: This saw is constructed such that the air distribution groove 5 linked to the outside air is provided at the center part of the inside of the body of the saw to which plural saw panels 1, 11 are sticked and projection holes 4, 41 are made to the side of the saw edges 3, 31 arranged alternately from the air distribution groove 5. The pressurized air caused by the centrifugal force of the saw linked to the fitting panels 8, 81 of the shaft 11 rotated at high speed is therefore sucked from an air suction port 10, compressed to air tanks 9, 91, passed through an air vent hole 6 to reach the air distribution groove 5 and distributed to the respective projection holes 4, 41. It is then projected to the saw edge 31 direction from the apex point of an edge post 2 and an edge post 21 in the saw edge 3 direction respectively, projected on the operation faces of the saw edges 3, 31 while cooling the edge posts 2, 21 and the saw chips are cleaned together with the cooling of the cutting heat. The cavity action of the projection holes 4, 41 also gives an ample toughness on the saw.
