Abstract:
To smooth the flow of fiber by forming a blade in a sawtooth area, which is formed symmetrically in relation to a flat surface vertically extended from a wire bottom.
A blade 20 is provided with sawtooth 22 having an arch-shaped, namely, a curved edge. The blade 20 is provided with a taper outside thereof continuously from a leg 10 to the tooth tip 23. Furthermore, the blade 20 is formed in the reflected condition in relation to a surface vertical to a wire bottom 12. Since clanks 26, 28 of the blade 20 have each surface 24 and angle of Y/2, a full steel cloth is formed into a symmetrical needle cloth shape. Fiber can be thereby smoothly guided, and the flow of the fiber is smoothed.
