Abstract:
To provide a connector which can connect scaffold plate materials with each other even when there occurs sagging deformation causing ledge plates of the scaffold plate materials to open at the connection part of the scaffold plate materials, and connection structure of the scaffold plate material with use of the connector.SOLUTION: A connector to connect scaffold plate materials with each other at the longitudinal ends of the plate materials consists of: a connector body 1 which is placed on the bottom surface of scaffold plate body parts A, A' and secured spanning across the joint of the connecting scaffold plate materials; a pair of leg parts 2a, 2b extending from each of the transverse edges of the aforesaid connector body 1; contact parts 3a, 3b, which extend from the tip of each of the aforesaid pair of leg parts 2a, 2b, and touch flange parts F1, F2, F1', F2' of ledger plates A1, A2, A1', A2' formed at the transverse ends of the aforesaid scaffold plate materials; side plates 4a, 4b, which, having a very small gap t, extend up from the edge of the aforesaid contact parts 3a, 3b along the inner wall surfaces of the aforesaid ledger plates A1, A2, A1', A2' towards the body parts A, A' of the aforesaid scaffold plate materials; and lips 4a1, 4b1 which bend towards the transversely inside at the end parts of the aforesaid side plates 4a, 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
