Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the high-speed composite inversion amplifier which has no difference between an AC gain and a DC gain.
CONSTITUTION: In this high-speed composite inversion amplifier provided with a resistance circuit consisting of an input terminal, an output terminal, and a 1st resistance r1 and a 2nd resistance r2 connected in series between those input and output terminals, a current feedback type amplifier OP1 which has its inverted input terminal connected to the common connection point of the 1st resistance r1 and 2nd resistance r2 through a capacitor C while the output terminal connected to a common line through a 3rd resistance r3 is connected to the output terminal, and a highprecision amplifier OP2 which has its uninverted input terminal connected to the common line and its inverted input terminal connected to the common connection point through a 4th resistance r4 and also connected to the output terminal through a capacitor Co and supplies the voltage outputted from the output terminal to the uninverted input terminal of the current feedback type amplifier OP1, a resistance Rx is connected between the input terminal and the inverted input terminal of the current feedback type amplifier OP1.
