Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a noise by contacting a contact plate through an adhesive on the back surface of a scale body formed with a toothed part in a linear pulse motor and partially fastening at a plurality of positions, thereby preventing the vibration of the scale. CONSTITUTION:Wheels 12-15 are rotatably provided at shafts 10, 11 at cores 2, 3 on the back surfaces of which permanent magnets 6, 7 are respectively arranged, coils 9a-9d are respectively wound on poles 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b formed with toothed parts which are displaced by 1/4 from each other to form the primary side. A contact plate 18 is contacted through an adhesive 17 with the back surface of a scale 16' having a toothed part 16' of a constant pitch at the secondary side, only body ends are fastened via the adhesive 19 to the scale 16' and the primary side is moved. Accordingly, the contact plate 18 can be rigidly fixed, the vibration of the scale 16' at the operating time can be absorbed by the adhesive 17, thereby reducing the noise.
