Abstract:
To provide scalp care appliance which can stably illuminate a scalp with light.
A distance sensor 22 capable of measuring the distance between an illuminating section 20 and a target of illumination, namely the scalp, is provided at the end of a nozzle 15 provided with the illuminating section 20. An actuator 23 capable of moving the nozzle 15 fastened to the forward opening 8 along the axis is provided in a case body 2. The nozzle 15 is axially moved by the actuator 23 on the basis of the distance measured by the distance sensor 22.
