Piping 101 and the tank 102 for taking in the cleaning water from external equipment such as water service or a water heater, a pump part 103 which takes in the cleaning water from the tank 102, pressurizes it, gives pulsation thereto and supplies it as a pulsating water flow, a flexible tube 104 leading the cleaning water supplied from the pump part 103, a nozzle head 105 discharging the cleaning water led by the flexible tube 104, a control part 106 which executes a discharge control of the cleaning water by driving the pump part 103 and measures a time elapsed or a discharge flow rate after the pump part 103 starts to discharge the cleaning water, and an alarm part 109 which output an alarm when a measured value by the control part 106 reaches a prescribed time, are provided.
