Abstract:
To provide a brilliant scaly material reducing visible light absorption, effectively scattering the visible light and affording an appearance with transparency by using a highly safe cellulose resin having high hydrophilicity.
The brilliant material is obtained by converting the cellulose resin into cellophane, making the resultant cellophane into cellophane pieces having 40 m to 2 mm average particle diameter, 5 m to 50 m thickness and 2 to 200 average aspect ratio, and using the cellophane pieces.
