The scanner motor includes an axially supporting rotary shaft 140 which is rotatable, and a hollow cylindrical bearing 130 having a fluid dynamic shafting 131 at an upper part, and an oil impregnation sintered shafting 132 at a lower part for rotatably supporting the rotary shaft 140. A contact surface of the oil impregnation sintered shafting 132 with the rotary shaft 140 is a curved surface, and the length of the fluid dynamic-pressure shafting 131 is longer than the length of the oil impregnation sintered shafting 132.
