Abstract:
To easily make schedule adjustment for meetings without overlapping with existing schedules of high priority while allowing an overlap with existing schedules of low priority.SOLUTION: A schedule adjustment device regards, as must-attend schedules, existing schedules obtained by excluding existing schedules including an exclusion keyword in information on the existing schedules, or existing schedules individually designated by an adjustment initiator, out of existing schedules of a participant, from must-attend schedules, and determines, as an unoccupied schedule of the participant, a schedule which does not include any must-attend schedule, refers, in response to an access from an adjustment partner, to schedule information of the participant managed by an external system to extract, as candidate schedules, unoccupied schedules of the participant that satisfy adjustment conditions, displays a schedule adjustment screen showing the extracted candidate schedules on a second terminal device used by the adjustment partner, decides a meeting schedule from among the candidate schedules in accordance with selection operation of the adjustment partner, and registers the schedule in the schedule information of the participant managed by the external system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
