CONSTITUTION: In addition to simple sequential scheduling, the time difference of an event, the position and experience of a person, category and the degree of busyness are converted into function values by previously set functions and the management point of the event is calculated. The values are stored in storing parts 520, 530, 540, 550, 560 in a storage part 500 to attain scheduling including priority. Consequently, events having different priority levels can be also processed without generating troubles and more flexible, rational and uncrowded schedule management calculating various elements can be attained.
