PURPOSE: To easily recognize the setting operation of a schedule set date, and to shorten the setting time of the schedule by providing a schedule set item column and a schedule set date column in a menu display area.

CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a schedule storage means 1 being a storage area which stores a schedule managing program, and a man-machine interface means 2 which includes an arrow key, establishment key, menu display area, and calendar display area. Then, the menu display area is equipped with the set item column and the set date column, and a control means 3 is equipped with a means which displays an underbar at each position indicating plural dates on the displayed calendar display area, which are indicated at the set date column. Therefore, the plural dates can be set for each of the plural set items, so that the set dates can be set for each kind of item and the schedule can be set in a batch. Thus, the setting operation can be easily recognized, and the setting time can be shortened.
