PURPOSE: To permit to re-start quickly after the interruption of power supply is restored by a method wherein control is effected only with respect to the air- conditioning equipment necessitating re-starting in case not necesarily all air- conditioning equipments are stopped by the instantaneous interruption of electric power supply.

CONSTITUTION: At first, the output of a watch, showing a present time, and data, showing the existence of restoration of power supply for the air-conditioning equipment, are read in a step 61. Next, the step 62 decids whether it is a time that a program is to be carried out or whether the present time is between the schedule AA and the same BB. If the result is YES, the output is branched to the step 63 to carry out the schedule starting and stopping program and, on the contrary, if it is NO, the output is branched to the step 64. The step 64 checks whether the power supply is restored or not after the power supply for the air-conditioning equipment is interrupted as shown by a notation FF1 and in case it is restored as shown by the notation GG1, the step 65 carries out the schedule starting and stopping program in the same manner as the step 63. On the contrary, in case it is not restored, the output is returned to the step 61. Then the program in a flow chart is carried out in cyclic.
