CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with work priority information storing means 2-4 to store the priority condition data of arrival/ship related to respective trucks, stock/exhaustion information storage part 6 to store stock/ exhaustion information, and shipping plan information storage part 7 to store shipping plan information. A shipping order control means 8 judges whether shipping items are exhausted or not by using the information in the storage parts and when any item is exhausted, an exhaustion flag is set to the ship waiting information of shipping. When no item is exhausted, the priority condition data of work priority information for shipping are compared with the priority condition data of work waiting information last time, and a work order is decided. On the other hand, an arrival order control means 9 decides the order so as to execute the arrival work of the truck before the shipping work of work waiting information having the exhaustion flag when any arrival item is exhausted by similarly using the information in the storage parts.
