Abstract:

To prevent a fluorescent material layer from peeling off, due to adhesion failure.

The scintillator panel 110 includes a support substrate 111, a reflective layer 114 and an underlayer 115 which are formed on the support substrate, and the fluorescent material layer 112 which is formed so as to be brought into contact with the under layer. The surface energy of the underlayer is from 35 dyn to 45 dyn. The radiation detection device is provided by laminating the scintillator panel 110 and a sensor panel 100 in which a plurality of photoelectric transducers are arranged in two dimensions. The sensor panel in which the plurality of photoelectric transducers are arranged in two dimensions, the under layer which is disposed on the sensor panel, and the fluorescent material layer are provided. The surface energy of the underlayer is from 35 dyn to 45 dyn.
