Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably attach a cover which is attached to a grip hole of scissors with a first resin grip covering a connecting part of a scissor body to the grip hole while suppressing an increase in a cost.SOLUTION: To manufacture scissors, a scissor body having a second hole 112B is prepared. Next, a main mold frame 400 and an auxiliary mold frame 300 are arranged to be adjacent to the scissor body 110 to form a grip of a resin. Then, an undercut forming part 112 is arranged in a part corresponding to a subsequent undercut part via the second hole 112B. While keeping the state, the resin is filled in the mold frame and is hardened. Then, when the main mold frame 400 and the auxiliary mold frame 300 are removed, the grip 120B with a grip engaging part 123 having the undercut part for engaging a cover engaging part of a cover is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
