Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors capable of effectively preventing a cutter posture from being taken against user's intension in spite of being scissors utilizable as cutters.SOLUTION: Scissors with cutter function related to this invention, which are scissors configured to be capable of opening and closing the first blade and the second blade having edges to clip a cutting workpiece arranged between both edges and used as cutters with at least the tip part of the edge in the first blade pushed against the cutting workpiece, comprise mode switching means configured to select either of the scissor mode that enables the blade to open and close only until the opening posture where the edge line of both the edges are exposed in an open state after a closing posture where the edge line of both the edges are not projected and the cutter mode that allows the cutter posture where the edge tip part of at least the first blade is exposed to the edge ridge side of the second blade to be taken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
