A bolt 10 serving as a shaft is inserted into the ball bearing 1 on the first blade body 30 side, then it is inserted into the ball bearing 2 of the second blade body 40 via fluororesin washers 32, 42. A plate spring 21 is nonrotatably coupled with the tip portion of the bolt 10 protruded from the second blade body 40 side, and a nut 20 is screwed on it. Even if the rotation of one ball bearing is in a bad condition and lacks smoothness, the other ball bearing can supplement smoothness.
