This scissors, having a pair of blade parts 10 mutually connected through a first pivotal shaft 12 to shear a workpiece by rocking with the first pivotal shaft 12 serving as the center, main unit part 14 provided with the blade part 10 turnably with a second pivotal shaft 11 serving as the center, and a third pivotal shaft 19 provided turnably in the second pivotal shaft 11 to be mounted with a space apart therefrom, is provided with a power transmitting part 13, connected to each blade part 10 through the third pivotal shaft 19 and a pair of links 20, 21 connected thereto to be capable of rocking each blade part 10 by turning to have many first protrusions 18 along a circumference, and a handle connected to an engaging protruded part 15 to engage it by operation in a prescribed direction with the first protrusion 18 of the power transmitting part 13 to move the engaging protruded part 15 in a direction rocking the blade part 10.
