Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide hairdresser's scissors with which no impulse is applied by eliminating the play of the shaft part of a pivot screw, upper blade body of scissors or screw nut and opening part of the pivot screw.
CONSTITUTION: A screw nut 3 has an annular groove 10 on its inner wall part, and an annular body 11 composed of flexible materials is put in this annular groove 10. The inner diameter of the annular body is made smaller than the thread diameter of the pivot screw. Therefore, pressure between the screw nut 3 and the pivot screw is increased. A pivot connection is made exact. Further, the pivots of two upper and lower blade bodies of the same scissors can be easily and inexpensively connected.
