Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transfer and load dressed carcass in a stable state by freely reciprocating a scoop-up frame incorporating a scoop-up conveyer in the same direction as a transport conveyer in the above apparatus for partition processing line for dressed carcass of a pig or the like and specifying the speed relationship among the above three members. CONSTITUTION:The base of a scoop-up frame 11 is forced to approach the upper surface of a transport conveyer 1, the frame is moved in the opposite direction to the travelling direction of the transport conveyer 1, and a scoop-up belt 21 is travelled in the same direction as the transport belt 1. Thus, dressed carcass (m) on the transport conveyer 1 is scooped up by the scoop-up frame 11 and transported by the scoop-up belt 21. At this time, the travel speed B of the transport conveyer 1, the moving speed A of a scoop-up device 6 and the travel speed C of the scoop-up belt 21 are set in such a manner that ATB is substantially equal to C. In this arrangement, dressed carcass can be scooped up in a stable state.
