An out column 11 and an in column 12 arranged at upper and lower stages are provided. At the left side of the columns 11 and 12, a hole setting column 15 having a hole number column 16, a par number column 17, and a distance column 18 is provided. At the right side of the hole setting column 15, first through fourth shot columns 21-24 are provided in sequence, and a putter column 30 is arranged at the right side of the fourth shot column 24. At the right side of the putter column 30, a total column 40 for totaling the number of shots is provided. Further, under the in column 12, a rule display column 50 is provided. At the right side of the rule display column 50, a total amount writing column 60 of the number of shots is arranged. In the shot columns 21-24, the number of shots is to be written based on a preset counting rule.
