When a read means 5 reads score data, etc., out of a score information storage means 1 according to address information, part of it is shown to a user by a content display means 6 and the user uses a content confirming means 7 to confirm the contents of the shown score data. When there is confirmation information, discrimination information is sent from the read means 5 to a charge calculating means 8 and corresponding charge information is read out of a charge table 8a to calculate the charge. The charge information is displayed by charge information display means 9 on the data provision side and data reception side. Then a credit card number and card owner information on the data reception side are inputted by using an authentication means 10 and an authentication display means 11 shows them to the provision side of the score data and records them. The score data are stored as a file in a score data storage means 12.
