Abstract:
Provided are a scoring device and the like that are capable of improving convenience during treatment. A scoring device (3) according to the present invention is provided with a shaft (31) that extends in the axial direction, and a scoring member (32) which is provided to the distal end side of the shaft and into which a balloon is to be inserted during treatment. The scoring member has: a plurality of elements (411, 412) that are elastically deformable in accordance with the swelling and contraction of the balloon, and are for generating cracks on the surface of a constricted section during the treatment; and a coupling section that couples the plurality of elements to each other. The coupling section includes: a first coupling section (421) that couples the elements to each other in a location near the distal ends of the plurality of elements; a second coupling section (422) that couples the elements to each other in a location near the proximal ends of the plurality of elements; and a third coupling section (423) that couples the elements to each other in an intermediate region between the location near the distal ends and the location near the proximal ends of the plurality of elements.
