PURPOSE: To incise scores selectively on a resin film in the state that a metallic foil is securely covered and protected by irradiating laser beam from the thermoplastic resin film side to a laminate having a heat-resistant resin film between a metal layer and a thermoplastic resin film.

CONSTITUTION: A laminate 1 consists of a metal layer 2 looking like a metallic foil, a heat-resistant resin film 3 provided on one surface and a thermoplastic resin film 5 provided on the surface of said film 3 through a bonding agent layer 4, while a protection resin film 7 is provided on the other surface of the metal layer 2 through a bonding agent layer 7. Laser beam 22 is irradiated to a resin film of the laminate 1 through a transmission system 19, and a score 9 is formed by moving a processing table 20. As a result, a sectional structure of a scoring section on which the metal layer is provided in the state of being covered and protected completely with the heat-resistant resin film is formed, and scores can be incised by removing the resin film selectively.
