Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the moving resistance of a scraper and to prevent the scraper from being buried.
CONSTITUTION: A continuous type unloader having a scraper 8 to lift and guide a bulk material to the front side of the scooping direction of a scraping member 4 formed at the lower end of a bucket elevator 1 is provided with the scraper 8 whose lower end has surfaces 12 and 13 inclined to the scraping member 4 side in order along the moving locus of the bucket groop 2 of the scraping member 4; a link mechanism 14 to hold the scraper 8 to be rotatable along the moving locus 2a of the bucket group 2 of the scraping member 4; driving means 27 and 47 to rotate the scraper 8, which are provided on the link mechanism; and an expanding and contracting mechanism 31 provided on the link mechanism 14 so as to prevent the upward movement of the scraper 8 contacting the upper layer surface 11 of a bulk material.
