Abstract:
To provide a scraper device for removing stuck sand by which the stuck sands at various positions can be removed by a scraper utilizing a rubber spring in a molding line or sand-treating line.
The scraper device removes the stuck sand on the upper surface and in a gas exhausting groove formed on the upper surface of a base board carriage used in the molding line. This scraper device is provided with: a fitting bracket disposed on the upper part of the base board carriage; a plurality of rubber spring scraping bodies for gas exhausting groove fitted to the lower part of the fitting bracket; and a plurality of rubber spring scraping bodies for upper surface of the base board carriage.
