Abstract:
To provide a scraper device which prevents damage of an outer peripheral surface after processing without impairing smoothness of the outer peripheral surface after the processing.SOLUTION: A scraper device 1 has: a fixed part 2 fixed to a tubular end part 100; a shaft 3 protruding from the fixed part 2; an L shaped arm 4 which has a short side part 31 and a long side part 35 and is provided around the fixed part 2 so as to enable rotation feed; a chip holder 5 which holds a blade chip 6 and is movably stored in a holder storage part 36 formed at a tip of the long side part 35; a holder spring 37 which biases the chip holder 5 so that the blade chip 6 is pressed to an outer peripheral surface 100S; and an operation member which is attached to the L shaped arm 4 and separates the blade chip 6 from the outer peripheral surface 100S of the tubular end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
