Abstract:
To provide a scraper device that can be used for tubes or joint members of a plurality of inside diameters, including small inside-diameters, without replacing a fixing portion for each tube diameter.SOLUTION: A scraper device 1 that spirally scrapes a peripheral surface of a tubular end of a resin tube or joint member by means of a blade chip 2, comprises: a cylindrical fixed sleeve 11 inserted into the tubular end; a movable sleeve 12 movable on an outer periphery of the cylindrical fixed sleeve; a plurality of chuck members 14 abutting on an internal surface of the tubular end; a plurality of fist links 15 movably coupling the fixed sleeve and one end of each chuck member; a plurality of second links 16 coupling the other end of each chuck member and the movable sleeve; and a holding mechanism 13 that moves the movable sleeve along an extending direction of the cylindrical fixed sleeve and holds the plurality of chuck members in contact with the internal surface of the tubular end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
