Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of automatically removing an attachment on a member having a projecting section in an outer circumferential surface.
SOLUTION: A scraping machine 11, in which a large number of striking wheels 47 are turned, is arranged on the outside of a support pipe 1 supported by a feed mechanism 18 and forwarded in the longitudinal direction. A movable range to the support pipe 1 of the striking wheels 47 is set so as to be moved between a place, where the outer circumferential surface of a steel pipe 2 is struck by outer peripheries, and a place, where the outer peripheries are retreated to the outsides of flanges 4, the generation of engagement in the direction of movement of the striking wheels 47 and the flanges 4 is eliminated, and the support pipe 1 can be moved.
