Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch printed matter, in which no production cost increases and no draff developing at scratching off sticks to clothes, hands or the like in the scratch printed matter having a printing layer printed in colors or the like on a scratch masking layer.
SOLUTION: In the scratch printed matter 1, in which secret information data 12 is applied in the predetermined region on a base material 10, further a transparent easily releasing layer 14 is applied on the data 12 for covering the data, furthermore the scratch masking layer 20 is applied on the layer 13 for masking the secret information data 12, then a white ink layer 16 is applied on the layer 20 and a printing layer 18 is applied on the whole surface, transparent and cohesive scratch medium layer 30 is applied in the printing layer on the white ink layer in order to finish the scratch printed matter 1.
