To obtain a scratch processed metal like decorative sheet expressing the three-dimensional feeling of a scratch design, which expresses a metal like appearance obtained by applying scratch (damaging) processing such as hairline processing or spin processing to the surface of a metal, by a planar printing technique without relying on embossing and characterized in that the design feeling of the scratch design does not disappear at the time of sheet molding processing, and a decorative material using it.
This scratch processed metal like decorative sheet 10 is constituted by successively forming a scratch like pattern layer 2 and a metal gloss layer 3 comprising a bright ink layer or the like to the back of a transparent resin sheet 1 and a gloss difference pattern layer 4 for bringing the outermost surface to a scratch like gloss difference pattern on the upper surface of the transparent resin sheet 1. Further, a colored transparent ink layer may be formed between the metal gloss layer and the scratch like pattern layer. Furthermore, a colorless transparent ink layer may be formed between the colored transparent ink layer and the metal gloss layer. If this decorative sheet is laminated on an adherend by an in-mold injectgion molding lamination method or the like, the scratch processed metal like decorative material is obtained.
