Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in appearance of an upper edge end of a screen without sewing an interlining along the upper edge of the screen or without inserting a rigid plate material.SOLUTION: An end member 14 is attached to one end of a head rail 13, upper ends of first and second screens 11 having substantially the same width as the total length of the head rail and the end member are attached to the head rail through first and second hook-and-loop fasteners 21. The upper ends of the first and second screens are attached to the front face upper part and the rear face lower part of the head rail as well as the front face upper part and the rear face lower part of the end member through the first and second fasteners, and a chain window 14a is formed from the front face lower part of the end member through the undersurface over the rear face lower part. End member hooks 14b, 14c engaged with a first end member belt-like plate 21b of the first hook-and-loop fastener are positioned at the front face upper part of the end member above the chain window, and end member hooks engaged with a second end member belt-like plate of the second hook-and-loop fastener are positioned at the rear face lower part of the end member while avoiding the chain window.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
