To obtain a uniform developing film in the whole position of a panel by rotating a nozzle so as to become a prescribed angle to a panel inside surface, and injecting powder through the nozzle reciprocated in the horizontal direction.
In an initial condition, a nozzle 33 is put in a vertical condition under a central part of a panel P. In the first stage, the nozzle 33 is rotated by a prescribed angle α so as to turn to a left side corner part of the panel P, and the nozzle 33 is horizontally moved to the right side up to a position where the direction of the nozzle 33 turns to a central part of the panel P. Powder injection of the first stage is performed while horizontally moving the nozzle 33 to the left side up to a position of the initial condition from this position. Therefore, a left half of an inside surface of the panel P is developed. In the second stage, the nozzle 33 is rotated in the clockwise direction so as to become the angle α in the rightward direction from the vertical condition, and operation thereafter is performed in the bilateral symmetry to the first stage. A position of the nozzle 33 is horizontally moved by a ball screw joined to a driving motor.
