Abstract:
To automatically clean a screen of a jet water suction port in a water jet propulsion ship.
A front edge of a screen 7 which can cover the whole surface of a jet water suction port 6 on the bottom of a water jet propulsion ship is pivoted to the suction port 6. A rear end of the screen 7 is connected to a hydraulic piston of a hydraulic cylinder which can be vertically moved. A control device of the hydraulic piston is connected to a timer.
