Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen plain gauze for printing by which a printing to be exactly the same as a desired printing pattern with a thick printing ink layer film, can be surely performed by a less labor for the printing operation.
SOLUTION: Sets of lateral threads 31, 32 which are paired by two threads, which pinch both vertical threads 21, 22 being paired by two threads and superposed and having a front and rear double structure, or are pinched by the vertical threads 21, 22 of the double structure, and are adjacent with each other, are constituted of groups of lateral threads 3. Then, the sets of the lateral threads 31, 32 have the same arranging configuration to the same vertical thread 2 at every other set, and at the same time, a set of the lateral threads 31, 32 which is adjacent with a specified interval with an optional set of the lateral threads 31, 32 has the completely opposite arranging configuration from the optional set of the lateral threads 31, 32. Then, between a set of the vertical threads 21, 22 and a set of the lateral threads 31, 32, a gap P is formed for this screen plain gauze 1.
