Abstract:
To provide a screen plate capable of stabilizing a coating amount of a sealing agent without leaving a damage due to a mesh like sheet of a screen plate on a surface of material to be printed at seal printing.
This substrate processor is composed of a mesh like sheet 2, a first emulsion layer 4 having a prescribed pattern opening part 3 so formed to cover a side surface of the mesh like sheet 2, and a second emulsion layer 5 which is lower in hardness than a first emulsion layer 4 so formed to cover an opposite side surface to the mesh like sheet 2 of the first emulsion layer 4 by being formed like covering a surface on an opposite side to the mesh like sheet 2 of the first emulsion layer 4.
