Abstract:

To improve a quality of a product and to improve a production efficinecy, an economy and the like by using for a long period and preventing a printing fault due to occurrence of a wrinkle or the like.

The screen printer comprises an adsorption sub-table 1 having a plurality of suction holes, and a screen mesh 5 adhered to a suction surface 2 of the sub-table 1 to adsorb a printing film 8 having a mean thickness of less than 0.1 mm. The mesh 5 has less than 0.3 mm in mesh. And the mesh 5 is knitted with a plurality of metal wires each having a diameter of 5 to 100 μm. Since the mesh 5 is adhesively fixed to the surface 2, the respective holes can be finely formed. And, an adverse influence of recesses of the holes to a flow of an ink is prevented via the fine holes. And, further, a decrease in a quality of a product due to the flow of the ink can be eliminated.
